Terms of Service

Effective date: 10.09.2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Evulio application, website, services, credits, Flipbooks, and related features (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Evulio LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Evulio," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing credits, purchasing or accessing a Flipbook, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Evulio.
  • If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by Evulio's own security failure.
  • Accounts are personal and may not be sold, rented, or shared in a way that bypasses Evulio's access rules.

3. Credits, Pricing and Payments

Evulio may allow users to purchase digital credits that can be redeemed for Flipbooks or other digital content within the Service.

  • Credits do not expire unless required otherwise by law or clearly stated before purchase.
  • Credits have no cash value, are not a bank deposit, and are generally non-transferable between user accounts.
  • Payments are processed through the payment methods made available by Evulio or the applicable app store or payment provider, which may include Apple, Google, PayPal, or other supported methods.
  • Evulio may change the price of newly purchased credits in the future. Credits already purchased remain valid at their existing credit value.
  • The creator generally sets the credit price of a Flipbook. Evulio will not change that price or apply discounts, promotions, bundles, or temporary price reductions without the creator's approval.

4. Refunds and Chargebacks

Purchases are generally final once credits have been used to obtain access to digital content, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the rules of an applicable app store or payment provider.

  • If a refund is approved, Evulio may remove access to the refunded Flipbook or reverse the related credit transaction.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest chargebacks may result in account restriction or suspension.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits statutory refund or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Flipbooks and Content Access

A Flipbook is a digital learning product made available through Evulio. Purchasing a Flipbook gives you a limited right to access and use that Flipbook through the Service for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

Published Flipbooks are intended to remain available. Evulio may nevertheless remove a Flipbook where reasonably necessary, including for legal, safety, platform, intellectual-property, fraud, or policy reasons.

If Evulio permanently removes a Flipbook that you previously purchased, Evulio will normally reimburse your account with the same number of Evulio credits originally paid for that Flipbook. This credit reimbursement is not necessarily a cash refund. Exceptions may apply where reimbursement would be inappropriate due to fraud, chargeback, abuse, or another legal reason.

6. License to Users

Subject to these Terms, Evulio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access purchased Flipbooks through the Service for your own personal use.

You do not acquire ownership of a Flipbook, creator content, Evulio-generated assets, software, or other intellectual property merely by purchasing access.

7. Prohibited Use of Content

Unless Evulio or the applicable rights holder expressly permits it, you may not:

  • resell, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit Flipbooks or substantial parts of them;
  • copy creator content for use in a competing product or service;
  • extract or reuse Evulio-generated images, illustrations, layouts, storyboards, or other protected assets for commercial purposes;
  • systematically download, scrape, archive, or reproduce the Service or its content;
  • remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices.

Reasonable screenshots or notes for personal learning use are permitted, provided they are not publicly redistributed or used commercially.

8. User Conduct

You must not use Evulio to:

  • commit fraud, payment abuse, identity theft, or other unlawful activity;
  • harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, or impersonate another person;
  • upload or distribute illegal, infringing, malicious, or harmful material;
  • attempt to hack, bypass, disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to Evulio systems;
  • use bots, scraping tools, automated extraction, or similar systems without authorization;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • bypass payment systems or access restrictions;
  • manipulate ratings, reviews, purchases, creator metrics, or platform activity;
  • use the Service in a manner that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties.

9. Reviews and Other User Contributions

Where Evulio allows reviews, ratings, comments, or other user contributions, you remain responsible for what you submit. Contributions must be honest, relevant, lawful, and must not contain harassment, spam, fake reviews, unlawful material, or third-party content you have no right to use.

You grant Evulio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate such contributions for operating and promoting the Service. Evulio may remove or restrict contributions that violate these Terms or applicable policies.

10. Educational Content and No Professional Advice

Evulio is an educational platform. Content available through Evulio is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by a properly qualified provider in a legally compliant context, content on Evulio does not constitute medical, health, fitness, nutritional, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice.

Creators are responsible for the content they provide. Evulio may review content before publication, but Evulio does not guarantee that all creator content is accurate, complete, current, suitable for a particular user, or free from error.

You are responsible for deciding whether information is appropriate for you and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate. Any action you take based on educational content is taken at your own discretion and risk.

11. No Guaranteed Results

Evulio does not guarantee any particular learning, health, fitness, financial, career, business, academic, or other outcome from using the Service or any Flipbook. Individual results vary and may depend on factors outside Evulio's control.

12. Suspension and Termination

Evulio may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, creators, Evulio, third parties, or the integrity of the Service, including for serious or repeated violations of these Terms.

For a temporary suspension, purchased Flipbooks and unused credits will normally remain associated with the account but may be inaccessible while the suspension is in effect.

For permanent termination due to serious misconduct, unused credits and access to purchased Flipbooks may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If Evulio permanently closes an account for reasons unrelated to user misconduct, Evulio will provide any remedy required by applicable law and may, where appropriate, provide a reasonable opportunity to use or receive value for paid credits.

13. Voluntary Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account through the methods made available by Evulio. Account deletion is intended to be permanent.

When you voluntarily delete your account, access to purchased Flipbooks and unused credits may be permanently lost. Evulio will clearly disclose this consequence before completing deletion.

Mandatory legal or consumer rights continue to apply.

14. Intellectual Property

The Evulio platform, software, branding, user interface, systems, generated assets, layouts, visual presentation, and other Evulio-owned materials are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.

Creators may retain ownership of their original creator content while granting Evulio the rights necessary to process, adapt, host, publish, distribute, and maintain published Flipbooks under separate creator agreements. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Evulio or creator intellectual property to users.

15. Service Changes and Availability

Evulio may update, improve, modify, discontinue, or replace features of the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, technical, or legal reasons.

Where a material change affects paid digital content, Evulio will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

16. Third-Party Services

Evulio may rely on third-party services such as app stores, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, authentication systems, and AI or infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. Evulio is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Evulio does not make warranties that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that all content will be accurate or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evulio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.

Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent legally permitted. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including any rights available under mandatory consumer protection law.

19. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Evulio harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

20. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law in your place of residence requires otherwise. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights or protections you have under applicable consumer law.

21. Changes to These Terms

Evulio may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, Evulio will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email, or by another appropriate method. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
